Important! Due to the ecomonic downturn our own country is facing, many sponsors have had to recently dicontinue giving to the "Love the Children" ministry of Togo, West Africa. This means many of the orphans that received funds for clothing, food and school supplies will be receiving substantially less or nothing at all. Please, if you think you can help by sending even $12.50 per month (42 cents per day), call Maureen at the New Hope office at (508)324-4500. Thank you.
These homeless kids, Celestine (top left), Kekeli (middle) and Ancien (right) lived on the street and begged for their living.
The Love the Children program brought them to our house (Pastor Francis' home), and gave them love, food and shelter. Now they are placed with some of their relatives. They are given opportunity to go to school like other children. Celestine's father is a drunker and her mother is very poor and jobless.
Love the Children has paid the rent for 6 months for Kpele Adeta (Dr. Tom knows the village where the Baptist hospital is) for her mother so they can live together. Our plan is to get her a little money to start a small skill business to take care of Celestine.

Thank you for your support. These Children are still in need of additional sponsors!
The group picture shown is of the Gbandi family; Monique, Karlo, Francis & Holali and their cousin Wpandi Tchabana. They lost their mother to AIDS and have since been able to finish high school and go on to other graduate studies thanks to the support of the "Love The Children" ministry. Today the Gbandi's have also seen their mother's dream of occupying the home she purchased for them before she died. New Hope Missions has been a supporter of various building materials for the roof of their home as well as windows.
The boy in the second photo is named Roger. He came to the "Love The Children" Program through Pastor Francis Avoyi who has a passion for lost children like Roger. Through the support of Love The Children Sponsors, Roger is now able to live with his grandmother and attend school.
Thank you, "Love The Children" Sponsors.

Other Orphans brought to us...
Praise God with us for the life of Blandine, a 14-year old girl that has lost her parents when she was at age 3. She stayed with relatives from house to house and finally found herself in Republic of Niger for abused children. After being abused sexually by irresponsible men she found her way back to Lome with a very sad story and emotion that you can read from her face just by seeing her. Benedict (Pastor Francis' wife) brought her home and is being taken care of. She is now a member of the family. Our plan is give her LOVE that she never had and raise her in a Christian home. In the near future, she can learn a trade and establish her workshop. She never attended school. Grace and God's will Pastor's children's names) are her teachers now. We are teaching her French.
You can be part of Love The Children by sponsoring a child for $25.00 a month as a family, a group, a Bible study group or even an office staff. Each member of the group or staff can give as little as $1.00 per month. Call the New Hope office at (508) 324-4500.
"In as much as you've done it to the least of these My brethren,
you've done it unto me." Jesus
